First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quantum Metric.
Solutions Engineer
It was a long interview process. They wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the role and the company culture, and that I had the right technical and sales skills. I met with several key people, including the CRO and the CEO. There was a panel demo and a Q&A session. While some interviews took a while to schedule, the overall experience was really good.

Solutions Engineer
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we chatted initially. Then they sent a take-home assignment that I finished and sent back pretty quickly. About a day or two later, the recruiter sent a generic message saying they'd gone with other candidates. I tried asking for feedback a couple of times but never heard back.
- Answered a questionnaire.
- Completed a take-home assignment that mainly consisted of questions related to CSS and JavaScript.
Solutions Engineer
The process was really straightforward from the jump. Started with a recruiter screen, then I did a take-home challenge that I went over with the hiring manager. After some chats with the team, there was another interview that involved a quick demo and then a group interview. The last one was with Mario. The challenge and the demo were the toughest parts. It all felt pretty standard for a Solutions Engineering role.
