I applied online and heard back from them via email. First, I had an HR screen. Then, I was told the next interview would be with a manager from a different team and one person from the team I might join. During the interview itself, it felt like the interviewers were just chatting amongst themselves and not really interviewing me. It was a total waste of my time. They took a week to get back to me after the interview, sending an email saying they were gathering feedback and would follow up. A few days later, I got the standard rejection email: "Thank you for your time, we understand job searching is hard, but we decided not to move forward."

It was a pretty standard process. I had 7 interviews in total, plus a coding test. First, I spoke with a recruiter who gave me the lowdown on the company and how the interviews would go. Then, I had a chat with the hiring manager where we went over my background and some tech stuff. They also gave me the scoop on the product and what I'd be doing. After that, I had a technical interview with someone from the team, and at the end of that, they told me about the take-home coding assignment. Finally, I met with the VP of Engineering and the CEO. Those last couple of chats were mainly about my past work, how I'd fit in, and how I embody the company's values. Everyone I met was super friendly and genuinely seemed to love what they do.

I cold applied via LinkedIn and got a phone screen with an Engineering Manager. It was a semi-technical chat, partly a product demo, and felt pretty casual, which was nice for learning about the company and culture. Then, there was a technical interview. I saw other reviews, and it seems they've been changing things up. I was given a React app and about 5-6 potential questions on the day of the interview (no time to prep). The questions were open-ended, meant for a pair-programming style assessment, not algorithms. It was a positive experience with a friendly interviewer. After that, I chatted with upper management: VP of Engineering, CTO, and CEO. It wasn't very technical, more about understanding the company from their perspective. My recruiter called the CEO chat a 'curveball,' so be ready for anything, as he has a tech background and sometimes codes. I got an offer soon after the CEO call. I negotiated a bit but was happy with it. Overall, the interview process was extremely positive.
