The hiring process was quite comprehensive, involving about 9 individuals, including the recruiter. The hiring manager took charge at one point and kept me informed about the process. I always knew where I stood, and it felt like a fair process. Quantum Metric's recruiting team is really good.

I was really impressed with the whole process. Everyone I met was friendly and positive, and they seemed excited about sharing their future plans. I spoke with hiring managers in EMEA and the Head of SDR in the US, and finally had a good, challenging chat with the CEO, Mario. Kristin (Director of Talent) worked super hard to set everything up quickly, and it all happened within two weeks.

I started with a recruiter screening call, then an intro call with the hiring manager. After that, I met the hiring manager in person for an hour-long chat. Then, I had a 40-minute call with a senior executive based overseas. The next step was a call with the Chief Revenue Officer where we talked about deal sizes and my contacts. Finally, I had a 45-minute call with the CEO. A week later, the hiring manager called to say I was great and got no negative feedback, but they offered the job to someone else who sold a similar solution. However, if that candidate declined, they'd let me know. Four days later, I followed up with the hiring manager. He said the chosen candidate turned down the offer and they decided to reopen the position to interview more candidates, which was weird since I was told I was the second choice. I was really disappointed because the company's tech seemed promising, but this isn't a serious way to treat candidates.
