The recruitment and people team were very unprofessional overall. There's always a lack of communication throughout the process; it seems you have to do their job for them.

I applied online and got contacted by Joe, an in-house recruiter, for an initial phone screen. Joe was really helpful, explaining the role, their requirements, and how my background might fit. After we felt it was a good match, I had a Zoom interview with Tim, the SDR Manager. Tim was also great to talk to. We chatted about my experience, Tim's vision for growing the SDR team, and how I could fit into those plans. Tim then set up my next interview, a Zoom call with Scott, a sales leader. It was another good conversation, this time focusing on a sales career broadly and Scott's perspective on the benefits of a sales career at Quantum Metric. Lastly, Mario, the CEO, spoke with me on the phone for about an hour to gauge my belief in Quantum and my alignment with their core values: Passion, Persistence, and Integrity. Talking with him was a real pleasure, and it was obvious he's a fantastic visionary leader who genuinely cares about his company and its people.
