I think this is the worst first stage call I've ever taken. The recruiter had really poor people skills and put me on the back foot from the outset. I would not continue exploring this opportunity after such a bad first impression. It's a shame for potential new employees as the staff reviews are quite good, but this could scare off a lot of candidates.

The first couple of interviews were great (recruiter and peer) but interview 3 and 4 skipped the 'tell me about yourself' part, which gave me the impression that they didn't care and were confident in the assumptions they made about me. For example, they both said 'your current job isn't data driven, why are you interested in this role?' Had they asked me to introduce myself, they would have known that my current job is indeed very much data driven. Interview 4 was a pitch interview, the brief was to make a presentation as you would in your current role, as they mostly want to see how you present data to client and interact with them. I did exactly that, then was told they wanted to see something else. They also expect you to understand a random screenshot of their platform and provide action items on the spot, which is not a very productive interview question given you have never seen it before and would obviously be trained on it once onboarded.

The interview process moved pretty quickly, especially since it began in mid-December. First, there was a recruiter screen with a very nice HR person. Then, about 15 days later (accounting for the holidays), I interviewed with the Consultancy Services Manager. This involved presenting an analysis based on info they'd given me. A week after that, I had an interview with the Senior Director of Consultancy Services, where I did a consultancy-type presentation. Two days later, I interviewed with the VP of Consultancy Services to assess my analytical skills. The final interview was with the CEO. Overall, it was a fast and friendly process, but each interview required solid preparation because they were challenging.
