I went through four rounds of interviews and passed them all. The first round was technical, the second was a live HackerRank test, the third was also technical, and the fourth was managerial. I've been trying to follow up with HR about the next steps, but haven't heard back, which is pretty unprofessional.

I applied for a Front-end developer role (3-6 years experience) and had my face-to-face interviews at the Pune Campus. There were about 30 candidates for 6-7 vacancies. The first round was a paper-pen MCQ with questions on Javascript, HTML, and CSS, after which 12-13 candidates were shortlisted. The second round was an f2f interview with a team member who discussed their team, required skills, and current projects, focusing on my basic Javascript, HTML, and CSS knowledge. Around 5-6 candidates made it to the third round where two interviewers, with significant experience, initially asked me Javascript and HTML questions. Because my resume showed Java and Webservices experience, they offered to interview me for a full-stack developer role. I insisted on the front-end profile. They then asked Java algorithm questions (linked-list, string, matrix, sorting algorithms), which caught me off guard, and I became nervous and stammered. I also got confused about basic CSS properties like border, padding, and margin. I didn't clear this round. The HR round was the last one. It seems no one was selected from over 30 candidates.

First, a recruiter will reach out via phone and then email with the job description. They typically interview around 30 candidates. Then there's a written test with negative marking on JS, HTML, and CSS. (It's a good idea to practice many online JS tests). I'm not sure about the selection criteria, but they picked about 11 people who scored between 8 and 20. After that, there are two technical rounds. The first one focused on pure JS concepts like Promises, lexical scoping, call and apply, and async calls (event loop). They also covered CS algorithms such as recursion (factorial), time complexity, and how to improve it, along with some basic puzzles like finding a missing number in a series. The second round was mainly about problem-solving and logic questions, like finding common numbers in three arrays and parenthesis balancing.
