I interviewed here a while back. It's a typical company that uses Google interview questions, even if they don't understand the solution. They can't understand the solution that they ask you to code (they don't use HackerRank or similar platforms). Most interviewers don't seem to have much clue about the questions they ask. Some of them lack etiquette, not sharing their camera on Zoom while expecting you to. They should train their employees on how to conduct interviews.

It was a pretty standard hiring journey, taking about a month from start to finish before I got the offer. First, I chatted on the phone with HR and the NOC operations manager, covering the basics of IT operations. Then they asked when I could come in for a face-to-face interview. The cool part was I could pick any date, giving me a good amount of flexibility. The in-person part was all technical, with four rounds total. They covered networking, Linux, and a final round with the Cloud Director.
