First, they call you for a group psychometric test via video call, which takes about 2 hours. You are asked Raven's matrices questions, word similarity, cultural knowledge questions, etc. Then, if you pass that test, they call you for a technical test. After that, they call you for a personal interview.

The first chat was nice, they gave me a general overview of the role and asked some basic questions, mentioning my profile fit what they were looking for. The next interview felt more like a psychological assessment, lasting almost 30 minutes, with questions about my childhood, like 'Who used to check your homework?', and only a couple of questions about my experience, which they didn't explore further. After that, the recruiter didn't provide any feedback, even when I tried to reach out. It was only a month after the interview that I was told I wasn't selected, without any further details or reasons.

There are two online tests, one lasting seventy minutes and the other forty. The first is a psychometric test and the second is data analysis. The first is more time-consuming than difficult, and the second is more complicated but done within a very limited time. There are about 70 questions in the psychometric test and 50 in the data analysis one.

The recruiter initially contacted me to briefly discuss the job. Then, I had to complete online psychometric, writing/language, and spreadsheet skills tests. After that, there was a technical evaluation via video call, supervised by the recruiter. I was given problems on system analysis, databases, and programming to solve in 45 minutes. Finally, a more personal interview asked about my family situation and salary expectations. They ultimately decided to go with another candidate, but the recruiter was always cordial and respectful.
