So I interviewed twice with this company and honestly both times were super unprofessional. The first time around, I talked to a bunch of people from different teams and they verbally offered me a job. They said I'd get a formal offer but it never came. I had to chase them for info and found out they messed up and posted the same job in different offices but only had budget for one. Bummer, but I still liked the company so I reapplied two years later. I told them about what happened before, and the new HR manager swore it wouldn't happen again, even said she'd 'personally guarantee' it. After just one interview, though, I heard nothing back. I followed up professionally by email and phone, but got zero response or even an explanation. I was just ghosted. If this is how they treat people trying to join, I'd tell others to be careful.

I applied and then just waited. It took weeks for HR to say anything, so I reached out to someone I knew there. They connected me to the hiring manager and we talked about the job over the phone. Since then, it's been quiet. I'm guessing they filled the role or I wasn't a good fit, but it's been months and I still haven't heard from HR. It's pretty rude, especially for a big company, to not even send a simple response to applicants.

I had an HR screen, then spoke with peer levels, the hiring manager, and a functional leader. It wasn't a lot of rounds and it was all conversational. The whole process felt natural, good, and quick. It didn't take too long from the first call to getting the offer.
