After the initial recruiter call, I went through 3 more interviews. The first was with my Sales Director, the second with the VP of sales, and the final interview was with the SE. The main goal was to assess my ability to sell data center services, including cloud and colocation offerings.

The process was longer than I expected, taking nearly a month to complete. After the interview stages, when I finally got an offer, it wasn't clear when they needed me to start. I ended up having to call the Sales Manager over the weekend to confirm if I was supposed to start on Monday, which I did.

This was a really weird interview process. Honestly, it's one of the few I've had where I felt like I knew more and was better qualified than the people interviewing me. They didn't seem super prepared and couldn't really explain what makes QTS stand out from other companies. They kept bringing up this 'Powered by People' thing, but it just sounded like a slogan, not an actual plan.
