The whole process was super friendly and flowed really well. Talking to everyone was easy, and they've got the interview process down to a good rhythm. I really hope I get the chance to work for them!

I interviewed with QPS in 2013 before I got into recruiting. I felt the interview went well, but I didn't get the job. Over the years, I've built up my recruiting experience and tried to reconnect with QPS. Even with my experience, they haven't gotten back to me or tried to communicate. This seems really unprofessional and discriminatory, especially since I'm now very qualified for their recruiting roles. Maybe they're not interested because I'm overqualified now, or maybe it's their roles? I'm not sure, but I'd prefer some communication instead of silence. It reflects poorly on the company because it's a bad candidate experience. The company claims to value their relationships with recruiters, but honestly, that's not true. I wouldn't recommend anyone with experience try to work for this company.

I got a call from a recruiter about this job and did a phone screen with them. Instead of a real interview, I did a job shadow for a few hours with a Team Lead. It was more like a Q&A session than a shadow though. The Team Lead had a really arrogant attitude, which was disappointing to see at a recruiting agency. After that, I was given an online assessment with over 200 questions. The Team Lead told me that if I didn't pass it, I shouldn't be a recruiter, which was pretty rude. A week later, the recruiter left a voicemail saying they weren't moving forward with my application, but didn't give a reason why.
