The whole process was super friendly and flowed really well. Talking to everyone was easy, and they've got the interview process down to a good rhythm. I really hope I get the chance to work for them!

I got a call from a recruiter about this job and did a phone screen with them. Instead of a real interview, I did a job shadow for a few hours with a Team Lead. It was more like a Q&A session than a shadow though. The Team Lead had a really arrogant attitude, which was disappointing to see at a recruiting agency. After that, I was given an online assessment with over 200 questions. The Team Lead told me that if I didn't pass it, I shouldn't be a recruiter, which was pretty rude. A week later, the recruiter left a voicemail saying they weren't moving forward with my application, but didn't give a reason why.

Got contacted and set up for an initial screening call for the Account Executive job. Call went well, so they sent me to the home office for another interview. That interview also went great, and they scheduled me for another one. This happened 3 more times, so I had 6 interviews with QPS total. After the 6th interview, they said I'd hear back in a week. The following Friday, I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to the recruiter. She didn't have an update but mentioned the person who did my last interview should be in touch. I waited, and by Wednesday of the next week, still no call. I tried calling my last interviewer, but it went straight to voicemail. A few days later, I got an email saying they weren't sure about the direction for the position and wouldn't be moving forward with my application, so they didn't want to keep me waiting. It had already been 3 months of communication about this role.

The process was really long with 4 separate conversations, which felt like a lot. Honestly, some of those could have easily been a quick Zoom call. They couldn't even give me a solid answer on salary. As the process went on, things they discussed initially changed, and the job became less appealing. The benefits weren't that great either, and the 401k program isn't a sure thing because it depends on investing in QPS stock.
