Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QNARY.
Social Media Specialist
It was a pretty basic interview with no real depth, but we had a nice talk about company growth and different organizational structures. It was about 30 minutes or less.
- Tell me about your experience using LinkedIn.
Social Media Specialist
The interview process was pretty involved, lasting about two weeks overall. Everyone I talked to was really nice and helped me feel comfortable. It had four parts: an initial chat, then a deeper discussion with people more involved in the actual work, followed by a practical test, and then a final meeting with some of the senior leadership.
- What are your hobbies or what do you do in your free time?
Social Media Specialist
I went through three rounds of virtual interviews - first with the head of HR, then the social media manager, and finally with two team members. After the last interview, I had to do a writing test. After I sent it in, Qnary just ghosted me. I've emailed everyone but no response.
- Can you share your experience with creating content for different lengths and topics?
