Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QNARY.
Content Curator
The interview process was pretty straightforward, involving a few interviews with different team members. They were really good at keeping me informed about expectations and my progress.
- How would you deal with a hypothetical scenario where a client is dissatisfied with the work?
Content Curator
It was pretty laid-back, you just gotta come ready with your 'whys' and a positive vibe. I basically shared who I am, and showed I knew a lot about the role and the company. Qnary has great folks, so seeming like someone people would actually wanna work with is probably key. The real kicker is the curating assignment they give you, which is like a practice run for the job.
- What makes you enthusiastic about this particular role?
- Can you elaborate on your interest in this position?
- What motivates you to apply for this job?
Content Curator
I had two interviews. First was like an elevator pitch, and they gave me a lot of info about the job. Second was more about discussing the job requirements deeply. The interviewer was super nice and made me feel really comfortable.
- What makes you want to join Qnary?
