Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QNARY.
Intern
The interview process spanned two weeks. The interviewers didn't seem to have specific questions prepared. Despite the interview going well, I didn't get an offer, and I suspect it was because my degree major wasn't what they were looking for. They mentioned having no issues or doubts, but I received a rejection letter the next day. I'm actually glad though, as after reading employee reviews for Qnary, I feel like I avoided a bad situation.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Intern
So there were a few interviews and tasks, like showing some examples of my past work in the area. Then there was this assignment for the role, which had instructions and was pretty simple.
- Tell me about your prior relevant work experience in the field.
Intern
It was a super friendly virtual interview. They told me about the role and then asked me about my past experiences and my ideal career future.
- How do you do your best work? Alone, collaboratively, or a mix?
