First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QinetiQ.
Engineer
The whole process was pretty straightforward and they communicated really well. I had one online interview and then one in person. After the interviews, I had to get a police check done. They gave me an offer about a week later.

Engineering
It felt very welcoming, with thoughtful questions asked throughout the entire experience. The process included two stages, which made the experience enjoyable and comfortable for me. Overall, it was a positive and engaging atmosphere to be in.
- Tell me about a time you had to resolve conflict.
Safety Engineer
It was a three-stage interview process. First, I had a chat with HR, then I moved on to talk with the Engineering Lead, and finally, I had a panel interview with three chartered engineers where they asked questions covering various aspects of the job.
- Why are you interested in safety? How do you see yourself fitting into this role? What specific technical skills do you possess that align well with the requirements of this job?
