Presentation Behavioral

i had an interview with the hiring manager and an interview with HR. then there was a presentation interview that lasted about two hours and was pretty informal. the presentation was with the director of field application, team members, and sales partners. you had to present something and then answer questions about your presentation. after that, there was a background check and then an offer.

Large assessment centre in a group. Quite a relaxed atmosphere. Mix of group and individual tasks. Quite a bit of waiting around but nice to chat to other candidates. Presentation, individual task, group task, 1 on 1 interview.
