After submitting my application, I got an online assessment that checked my logic and personality. A day or two after finishing that, I got an email to set up a call with a recruiter. That first call was great, and I was really looking forward to the next steps. After the recruiter chat, I had an interview with a manager. If that went well, the last part would've been a panel interview with a few team members. The whole process felt quick. But, the person I interviewed with for the second round seemed a bit checked out and didn't have much energy, which was a bummer. It kinda made me wonder about the company culture, how the team works together, and the management style there.

After applying, candidates must complete an assessment consisting of logic and personality tests. Following this, an email is sent to arrange a recruiter call. If the recruiter screening is successful, the next step is an interview with the QA manager. The final stage involves a panel interview with 2-3 QA leads. The entire process is notably swift and straightforward.

I took a CCAT test, then had a phone screen, and finally an onsite interview. The whole process was super quick: test on Sunday, phone interview on Wednesday, onsite interview Friday afternoon, and I got the offer by the end of Friday.
