Got an email about 2 months after applying, which was kinda weird. The whole interview process took place in a bit over a week, with 4 interviews in total. I got good feedback after each one. First, a phone chat, then an assessment, followed by a 1-hour logic test, and finally a 30-minute Zoom call with situational questions. I thought it was going really well because they moved me along so fast after each interview, sometimes even the same day! But then, the day after my final interview, which I thought went great, I got a generic rejection email with basically no details. It felt like I was just a box to tick in their hiring process, maybe they had an internal person or a referral already lined up but had to go through the motions.

After submitting my application, I got an online assessment that checked my logic and personality. A day or two after finishing that, I got an email to set up a call with a recruiter. That first call was great, and I was really looking forward to the next steps. After the recruiter chat, I had an interview with a manager. If that went well, the last part would've been a panel interview with a few team members. The whole process felt quick. But, the person I interviewed with for the second round seemed a bit checked out and didn't have much energy, which was a bummer. It kinda made me wonder about the company culture, how the team works together, and the management style there.

The process went pretty fast. HR got in touch within a few days after they saw my resume for a recruiter screen. Right after that, I had a 15 min, 50 question logic test and personality test. Then, on the same day, I got an invite to schedule a 1-hour logic puzzle interview. This is the kind of interviewing that is old-fashioned at best and unfair at worst and most companies don't do it anymore. The first question was a basic logic question that got harder and harder as they explained the example 3 or 4 times. This was followed by a bunch of math problems that have no connection to implementing software. I've done these types of logic interviews before and never did well. Then I got a rejection email.

I had two interviews, one with the head of the dev team and another was a panel with developers and team leads. The dev team head asked typical interview questions and was open to my questions. The panel included a coding test, which wasn't too hard if you know the latest programming languages, followed by interview Q&A.
