I had to do a Hackerrank and a 1-hour technical interview before even talking to a recruiter. It seems like a waste of time since the recruiter could have told me about the role expectations first. In the last round, they said Pandas was required, which they didn't mention earlier even though I was upfront about my skills. Communication was terrible; after the final interview, I heard nothing for over a week. I followed up many times, but they only rejected me late on a Thursday. The job was posted again while I was still interviewing, which felt like they were just keeping me around while talking to other people. The whole thing felt messy, rude, and like they don't care about candidates' time.

The onsite was 4 rounds total: questions on my domain experience, then soft skills, then data eng, sql, and system design questions. The last round had 2 algo/data structure questions and 1 pandas question. The recruiter took weeks to get back.

Don't bother with QCells, they're just wasting your time. I put 3 hours into their take-home test. Six weeks later, after hearing nothing, they told me the test was too easy and they'd prepare another. Then they went dark and never replied to any messages.
