Quality Engineer
It's a three-stage interview. First, a phone call to see if you're a good fit for the company. Then, you'll meet with the department leaders to talk about your experience and what you know. Lastly, you'll talk with upper management to see if you fit the team.
- Can you define what quality means from your perspective?
Quality Engineer
It was a two round interview process. The first round was with HR. The second round was with both HR and the Quality managers. They asked me about leadership and my quality projects. I also had the chance to ask them questions about the company culture, the team culture, and work-life balance.
- Can you share an instance where you chose to redo a task because it didn't meet your quality expectations?
Quality Engineer
I had a pretty good interview experience overall, starting with a screening, then an HR interview, and finally the technical interview. It was a great chance to learn about the company, which is a leader in solar cells manufacturing and has achieved a lot with technology and automation.
- Do you have solid experience and in-depth knowledge in a relevant area?
