The interview process included a 30-minute behavioral interview and a 30-minute technical interview. They asked a lot of 'what if' scenarios, like how to identify root causes, what your favorite KPIs are, and about useful Excel formulas. They also assessed if you had done some digging into the company in less obvious ways.

Behavioral

It was a really short 4-minute phone call. They asked me if I had any manufacturing work or internship experience. Since I'm a recent grad, I didn't, so I talked about a bachelor's project I did that was related to manufacturing.

Behavioral Technical

They asked a lot of questions about my past experience, technical abilities, and personality. I'd suggest practicing how to talk about your resume in detail. They wanted to know how I arrived at my solutions and the reasoning behind my choices. They also inquired about my commitment. The behavioral questions were pretty standard. Knowing Korean is a bonus.
