After an aptitude test in college, selected students were invited for an interview at the company. On the interview day, we started with a group discussion (GD) where simple statements were given. Those who didn't speak were eliminated. Those who passed GD proceeded to a technical interview. After that, there might be another tech interview, or else it could be a direct HR round.
