I applied through referral and the whole process took about 2 days, although the entire interview and offer creation process can take up to 2 weeks. The interview was quite tough, covering all areas, so one needs to be well prepared. In the second round, they asked about the projects I worked on and some technical questions. The interviewers were really calm and pleasant, making for a very good overall experience.
