Systems Engineer
Once your resume is selected, they'll let you know and schedule a video conference interview. There's a first introduction round, a second technical round, and then a third HR round.
- Can you describe how you approach teamwork?
Systems Engineer
Had a Cisco webex video call interview with the hiring manager and some colleagues. It was a nice experience, and the interview was purely technical. I was impressed by the positive attitude of the hiring manager. Looking forward to hearing back from them.
- Technical questions relevant to the Systems Engineer role were asked.
Systems Engineer
I applied online and it took a long time to hear back, about 3 months for them to shortlist me, and then another month for HR to call about scheduling the first interview. The first round was a phone call, and it was pretty easy, mostly questions about reports and databases. After about 15 days, HR confirmed I passed and set up the in-person interviews. The next round was a face-to-face interview with a panel of 3 senior engineers and the manager. This interview was also easy, just basic questions again. The third round was with HR, and they said they'd give me feedback. It took another 15 days to hear from HR that I got selected. We discussed HR policies and my salary package. HR mentioned I'd get the offer letter in about two weeks. However, I ended up waiting almost 3 months for the offer letter with no updates. I kept calling HR for updates, and they just kept giving me false promises and asking me to wait. When I finally called HR after 3 months to check on the status, they told me the position was on hold.
