Qatar Airways doesn't respect candidates time. It took them 1 month and couple of interview reschedule to have 1st round of interview. And after the interview HR doesn't bother to give any reply or feedback even after several follow ups. My experience with qatar airways was very disappointing, very unprofessional culture.

I applied online and got an automated reply. Then, the HR coordinator set up a phone interview with the team. After that went well, they told me about the next steps: an onsite interview in Doha. They handled all the arrangements, including flights (business class, which was amazing) and visas. I got picked up from the airport, taken to a hotel next to the interview site, and had time to rest. The next day, a driver took me to the interview location. I met with a panel of HR and area managers for about an hour. It was a traditional interview. Afterwards, I was given money for food and transport. I had time to explore Doha. The next morning, I flew back (business class again). I didn't hear back for two weeks, so I emailed the recruiter and got an automated response saying I wasn't selected. It was a great experience overall, very first class, but I was disappointed not to get the job.

First there was a call from HR to chat about the role and what you'd be doing, basically seeing if you're a good fit personality-wise. Then, a Skype interview with three senior managers and a VP where they asked stuff directly related to the job. Finally, a face-to-face meeting involved a challenging practical scenario test. The whole thing took about 5 months, which is pretty standard for this company, especially for management roles and if you're moving to Doha.
