The interview process consists of three rounds and they will fly you to Doha for it. The whole process can take as long as two months, but it is quite smooth. The hiring managers are pretty genuine and supportive.

I applied online and got an email saying I was an "advance candidate" and could complete more questions on a special website. After a week, I got a call from HR for standard HR questions. About a month later, I had a Skype interview with department managers where they shared more details about the job. Another month passed, and I had a face-to-face interview in Doha. They flew me out and two hiring managers asked me in-depth system-related questions.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring manager was late which wasn't a great first impression. When I asked HR about the salary range, they said they couldn't share it, which felt rude considering it's my livelihood. The whole interaction with HR felt pompous, making me feel looked down upon and condescended to, which I feel reflects how one would be treated long-term at Qatar Airways.
