I applied online and after about a month, they called me for a phone interview. These calls are usually 30 mins but mine was shorter, only 15 mins. Two managers interviewed me. They were nice but didn't give me much feedback on my answers. They asked about my understanding of the job and the field. I got through and they want me to come to Doha in July.

The entire hiring process spanned 5 months. I initially applied online. About a month later, an HR representative contacted me for a call to discuss my CV. Following this, they arranged a Skype interview with two Revenue Management managers, which was a positive experience focusing on pricing strategies. They then informed me they wished to invite me to Doha for an in-person interview. HR assisted with scheduling my travel, covering flights, a two-night stay at a good hotel, and all transportation, which was very well handled. They even provided around 100 USD in cash for meals. Upon arrival at the Qatar HQ, I completed a basic analytical test on paper. Afterward, I met with two managers and HR for about 1 to 1.5 hours. The conversation felt friendly despite the numerous questions. A few days later, they extended a job offer. While I was pleased, salary negotiations began, and their offer was lower than my current salary. As they were unwilling to negotiate, I had to decline the offer. Overall, the company is professional and the people are nice, but the offered salary did not meet Qatari market standards.

I've completed the initial Skype interview, as I'm based in Toronto, Canada. Now, they've invited me to Doha for a second round which will be a face-to-face interview and a written test that includes arithmetic and critical thinking.
