The technical interview went well. However, the behavioral interview was not a positive experience. The individuals conducting it, described as an agile delivery manager and some Indian business analysts, seemed unfamiliar with actual software development and agile methodologies. They appeared to be reciting information rather than demonstrating practical knowledge, and attempted to impose their theoretical understanding onto the candidate.
