So basically the whole process started with applying and then there was this chatbot interview, then psychometric testing and a phone interview. After that, I had to go to an assessment centre which involved a group task with about 4 or 5 other people, interviews with some current employees and then a QnA with some of the current graduates.

It was a two-stage interview process. The first round was with the hiring manager and someone at a peer management level. The second round was with a senior manager. All the interviews were competency-based, focusing on your experience. They wanted answers in a situation, action, results (SAR) format.
