It's really important to research the company beforehand, like their mission, values, recent projects, and what's happening in their industry. This will help you answer questions better and show you're really interested. The interview was with a chatbot, which made it easy and less stressful.

I got an offer for the Graduate Program! Here's how I did it: 1. Sent in my online application with my CV and cover letter - pretty standard. 2. Did a virtual chat interview, which was AI-evaluated, so I made sure to use the STAR method. 3. Completed some psychometric tests. They were standard, but having a calculator or spreadsheet handy was useful. 4. Had a phone screening with a recruiter - you could even pick who you wanted to talk to! They asked common motivational questions, so I researched Qantas and thought about my answers. Make sure your phone's on silent! 5. The Assessment Centre was the main event. I met other candidates and the recruitment team. It included a 30-minute interview with motivational and behavioral questions (the interviewers were really nice), a group task, and a presentation. The group task was fun, and I think the presentation really helped me stand out. Good time management is key! There was a short, free lunch break too, which was a nice touch. My only small issue was being in the same room as another applicant during my interview, which was a bit distracting. Overall, the process was really smooth with frequent communication, and the HR team was very welcoming. It gave me a great impression of the company, even with all the news around at the time.
