Had an aptitude test, then a pen and paper MCQ test. Following that, a pen and paper coding questions round. Then, there were two technical rounds, followed by a quiz round. After that, a behavioural round, then an HR round, and finally a salary discussion. Concluded with a face-to-face meeting with the CEO.

QA InfoTech held a campus drive. It began with a pre-placement talk about the company and recruitment. There were 3 rounds. Round 1 was a written technical test with 12 Java MCQs (object life, arrays, garbage collection), forming at least 10 test cases for a file upload scenario, finding bugs in a given case, and writing Java code to test a given function. A 50% MCQ score was needed to pass. 11 out of 200 students cleared this. Round 2 was a combined Technical and HR interview. I was asked to introduce myself, highlighting Java skills, project knowledge, and confidence. They also asked why I wanted to join QAIT and if I had questions. 4 students were selected for the next round. Round 3 was an interaction with the CEO at their office the next day. It involved a C output question and focused on enthusiasm and confidence. Finally, 3 students were selected and received offer letters, followed by lunch. The environment is cool, and HR/CEO are friendly.
