Software Tester
This was a pathetic experience. I was interviewed here twice, once in 2019 and then again in 2020. In 2019, they discussed my CTC, agreed on ECTC, but after the interview, they stated they couldn't match that amount and also couldn't provide a laptop. Then, in 2020, they again asked about CTC and agreed on ECTC, which is why I agreed to interview. However, during the director round, they offered only a 30% increase and said they'd 'try.' After some follow-ups, HR mentioned they couldn't even give 30% and offered only 1 lakh more than my current CTC. Such a waste of time. My advice: if you can't offer the expected package, don't waste the candidate's time.

Software Tester
I got to the interview location and checked in with the FDE who then alerted the HR member. The HR member met me and gave me a test with 20 questions covering English, aptitude, and scenarios. After passing the test, I moved to the technical round. This round involved basic software testing questions and some questions about my academic background. The final round was an interaction with the company's CIO, after which I received an offer letter.
- Given a scenario, how would you handle it to assess your thinking process?
Software Tester
The interview has two parts. First, a written test where you'll be asked to create test cases for a given screen and spot common mistakes in a provided output. Then, there's a face-to-face meeting with the CEO, which is mostly a formality to get your introduction and talk about your resume.
- Could you write some test cases for the provided screen?
- Can you identify common errors in the given output?
- Could you provide your formal introduction?
