Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QA InfoTech.
QA Engineer
The first round was a written test where they checked our English. We had to write a formal letter and make test cases for a picture shown on the screen. The second round was technical, focusing on test cases for objects in the room. Then, there was an HR round for a casual chat. Finally, I interviewed with the CEO about myself and a couple of technical things.
- The CEO interview can be very important.
QA Engineer
We went through 4 tough technical rounds. The COO then asked us about his 5-year experience, which was inappropriate. The CEO should handle final rounds, and the COO needs to improve their professionalism as it's affecting QA Infotech's reputation.
- Can you reflect on your experiences?
- Tell me about your testing approach.
- What is your experience with Selenium?
Software Quality Assurance Engineer
It all happened in one day. Started with a written test, then I had interviews with the CEO and CTO. They asked me testing-related questions. After that, I had an HR round, and I got the offer the same day. Overall, it was a good experience.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in testing?
- Can you provide some examples of test cases?
