Project Manager
Had one interview with two managers. Started with a presentation, which they then discussed, and it moved into some situational questions to see how competent I am. It was a pretty relaxed and chatty style.
- How would you handle conflicting priorities?
Project Manager
First there was a phone screen with some easy questions. Then there was a really long wait before the next interview stage. After that I was emailed to come back for an interview day. It was an 8 hour long interview day that included a presentation, some group activities for management to watch me in, interactive sessions, and a panel interview. It was fun and made me feel like the company cared.
- Tell me about a time you showed leadership.
- What's the most difficult thing you've ever accomplished?
- What do you know about Q2 Solutions?
Project Manager
I talked to HR first about the job, what they were looking for, and if we were both interested. Then HR talked to the hiring manager about setting up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was to go over the position details and what they expected. I also had to do a short 5-10 minute presentation. After that, we both felt it was a good fit and they extended an offer. The whole thing from the in-person interview to the offer took about 2 weeks.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Do you think this is a good fit for you?
- Can you present for 5-10 minutes about a defining moment from your current or a past job?
