Interviewed with 2 Project Service Managers. It was very pleasant and inviting. They made me feel comfortable as the interview was more conversational than interrogative. Questions were basic behavioral get to know you and your long term goals.

It was a two-stage interview process. The first interview was more of a casual chat, and the second interview lasted around 45 minutes. Most of the questions were standard competency-based questions, mostly relating to the job description. A few questions touched on personality and work culture. I had three interviewers in my session: two line managers and a senior team member. I heard some colleagues had group interviews for the same position, so there might be some variation in the process.
