I went through 2 rounds of technical interviews, which were followed by a managerial interview. The technical rounds were focused on SQL and LINQ queries, and some problem-solving scenarios using SQL. They also asked some Angular questions about setting up new projects.

So, there were three main parts to the interview: a technical part, a management part, and an HR part. Each one was about 20-25 minutes long, so they really dug into things. The technical bit was all about HTML, CSS, GIT, and PHP, checking out how much I knew and how I'd solve problems. Then, the management part was about leading teams and managing projects, like setting goals and keeping things on track, and working with others. Lastly, the HR part was more chill, talking about my career hopes and if I'd be a good fit for the company vibe, checking out my personality and if I matched their values. Overall, it felt pretty thorough, covering all the bases.

The process was super unprofessional! I went through 4 rounds: first a recruiter, then the manager, and finally 2 client interviews. After all that, they just ghosted me, didn't reply to any emails, texts, or LinkedIn messages. It's really unprofessional to waste someone's time like that and then not even bother to send a rejection.

  • Could you complete a coding exercise using React?
