First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pyramid Consulting.
IT Recruiter
I had 2 rounds of interviews. Both were about business trends, technology, and targets. They also asked about business. They also mentioned that if you're looking for work-life balance, don't join the company.
- Number of resumes handled daily and associated revenue goals.
- Are you seeking work-life balance, as this company may not be the best fit if that's a priority?
Recruiter
I started with an assessment, which was pretty easy. After that, there was a group GDPI, and whoever did well moved on to the interview with the director. My interview with the director lasted about 30-40 minutes, and it was a nice, easy discussion. The director seemed really interested in getting to know me as a person and understanding my goals.
- Tell me about your education and family background.
- What are you interested in?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
IT Recruiter
There were 3 interview rounds. First was with HR, second with the Technical Manager, and the third with Higher Management (VP/Director). Make sure you're prepared with technical stuff and have good knowledge of US Visas, especially H1B Transfers.
- Tell me about your technical knowledge.
- What do you know about US Visas?
- Can you explain H1B Transfers?
