I applied through my college's career portal and had an on-campus interview. It was pretty brief, mostly focusing on my resume. There were also a few basic business questions. They took a really long time to let me know the results, like almost three weeks. The person who interviewed me was an alum from my school, and she talked a bit about how she got into this role. She seemed nice.
