Case Presentation Behavioral

It started with a casual chat with the hiring manager. Then there was a case study panel interview, but the expectations for it were really unclear. I put in about 20 hours researching and preparing my case study. The presentation itself was an hour long, and they didn't ask many questions afterwards. I got a generic rejection email saying they were moving forward with more experienced candidates, which was pretty frustrating after all the time and effort I put in.

I applied and got an interview the very next day, which went well. The recruiter said he'd move me to the next steps because he liked me. But the next day, at 8am, I got an email saying the position was filled internally. It's totally rude because they should have known that internally.

Case Presentation

Great first impression and the company really seemed focused on finding the right person. The process started with a coffee chat, then a case study, followed by a presentation. After that, there was a day of working at the company. I withdrew my application due to personal reasons, but I'd still recommend applying.
