Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Purple Strategies.
Associate
It was a 3 round process: first a phone call with the hiring manager, then a zoom call with the direct manager, and finally an in-person interview with two team members. The office was nice and the staff were friendly. The process was pretty quick. Most of the questions were about my background and how it fits the job, my interest in Purple, and how I handle juggling different tasks.
- Can you describe your methods for staying organized?
Associate
Had a basic interview with standard background questions. It wasn't too difficult. They asked questions related to my resume. I spoke with two people. One person described the job, and the other asked me questions about myself.
- What makes you want to join Purple?

It was a really quick interview process. They started with one phone call, then we met in person, and I did a writing project. After that, they gave me an offer. Everyone was really nice and professional. It wasn't too hard.
