The interview process was really good. The team was supportive and enthusiastic, and they gave me great insights into the clients and company culture. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend interviewing with this team.

I applied for the job on LinkedIn and had an initial phone interview with HR which went fine. They then set up a video interview with the two hiring managers, which was a weird experience. One of them turned her video and sound off after asking me a question that I was in the middle of answering. She never came back on the call (this was about 5 minutes into a 30 minute interview), and the other hiring manager never acknowledged it. It made me feel like I was already not going to get the job and that they felt I was a waste of their time. I completed the interview anyway and then never heard back from HR, but honestly I would not want to work at Purple after the interview experience and reading these other reviews about the company culture.

The interview process was pretty standard. I had a casual call with someone that I got referred to from inside the company and that went great. Gave some advice for the actual interview and insight into the company. The actual interview was a video call and it was pretty standard and short.
