We had a speed dating style interview process with the entire team in the office. It lasted about three hours total with a short fifteen minute break in between. It was standard behavioral questions, nothing technical. There was a short intro to senior leadership at the start.

The interview process involved two phone interviews followed by an in-person super day. I interviewed with people from various departments. Honestly, a lot of the people seemed inauthentic and struggled to identify relevant skills in candidates. The VP of the office couldn't even articulate what distinguishes Pure's product from competitors in the insurance market, giving a really vague, non-answer. It seems you don't need to be exceptionally smart or possess major skills to get hired here. The whole process took a lengthy three months. Everything about Pure feels pretty average, especially the staff. There's also a noticeable lack of diversity.

The whole interview process was super fast and smooth. The people at the company are really laid-back and nice! PURE genuinely cares about their employees and it shows. It seems like everyone is set up to succeed, so if you just try your best, you'll be okay. (Still not sure if I got the job.)
