So I had a phone screen with HR that went really well, and then they immediately moved me to a panel interview. The panel interview was supposed to be an hour, but it felt too long. They said they were looking at other people but I should hear back the next week. The next step was supposed to be an office visit, which was tricky because I mentioned I would be relocating for the job. After following up a bunch, I guess they ghosted me.

It felt like a chat. I really liked talking to the managers, they were chill, knew their stuff, and worked hard! They were stoked about their jobs and making the company great, which is cool to work for a fun AND successful company.

I applied online through the purehockey.com site for a job at a location I liked. I actually shopped at that location a few times after sending in my application. I also asked the staff there if they were hiring. During the interview, the Manager asked me about my experience with hockey equipment, my sales background, and my availability, specifically if I could work weekends during peak times and holidays.
