Social Media Manager
So I had a phone screen with HR that went really well, and then they immediately moved me to a panel interview. The panel interview was supposed to be an hour, but it felt too long. They said they were looking at other people but I should hear back the next week. The next step was supposed to be an office visit, which was tricky because I mentioned I would be relocating for the job. After following up a bunch, I guess they ghosted me.
- Could you tell me about your experience with paid social media advertising?
- What's your experience with Google Analytics and/or social media analytics tools?
- Can you describe a social media campaign you managed? How did it perform, and what were your key takeaways?
Customer Service Representative
It felt like a chat. I really liked talking to the managers, they were chill, knew their stuff, and worked hard! They were stoked about their jobs and making the company great, which is cool to work for a fun AND successful company.
- Describe your ideal job or role.
Sales Associate
I applied online through the purehockey.com site for a job at a location I liked. I actually shopped at that location a few times after sending in my application. I also asked the staff there if they were hiring. During the interview, the Manager asked me about my experience with hockey equipment, my sales background, and my availability, specifically if I could work weekends during peak times and holidays.
- Are you available to work on weekends?
Graphic Designer
HR reached out and we set up the interview quickly. I had a meeting with the main HR team and it was a really nice chat. I felt good talking about the job and my past work.
- Aside from deadlines, what's your process for prioritizing projects?
