Storekeeper
We talked about a time you helped a customer find the right product. Then we went over how you'd manage stock and decide when to reorder. We also discussed how you handle employee scheduling issues and if you've ever had to terminate an employee.

Manager
The interview process is well-defined and the communication between HR and employees is good. Sometimes, the interview might get delayed for various reasons, but since it's a good company, one doesn't mind. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

Engineer
It was a day long process. First round was objective type online test. Aptitude and Technical questions were asked. It was relatively easy to clear. Next round was Technical Interview. Questions from Fluid mechanics, Strength of materials etc. were asked. Then Next round was HR round. Simple questions were asked like where do you want to see yourself in 5 years, interests etc.

Structural Engineer
The interview process starts with a technical interview led by either the Head of Department or a Project Lead Engineer. They'll inquire about your professional background and any difficulties you've encountered. Following this technical segment, there will be an HR interview that includes salary negotiations, and they tend to negotiate quite a bit.
