The interview process was pretty simple. You just submit your resume online and then they'll message you to join a team interview with other candidates. HR from different brands like Zara, Bershka, and Stradivarius were there.

We applied in-store. A few days later, we were contacted by phone for an interview the next day without specifying the type. When we arrived, we realized it was a group interview. This interview was brief and sloppy. You were asked to introduce yourself (first name, age, etc.) and then describe your professional background, and that was it... You were contacted the same day if you were selected, otherwise, they didn't even bother calling to say so, which was not done. And don't expect an answer if you call them to find out why you were rejected because they'll say they'll call you back later and your phone will never ring! (They also specify that they don't base their decision on professional experience, but hey... ^^)

The interview was quite brief, mainly focusing on my understanding of the company's overall identity and some light questions about my personal life, hobbies, and interests. It wasn't a particularly challenging interview as long as I had done some research on the company.
