First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pull and Bear.
Manager
Several interviews with different people over several days. Some interviews were in a language other than French. The interviews were quite cordial. Feedback after the last interview took several days.
- What do you see when you enter the store?
Sales Associate
The interview with Pull&Bear was quick and dynamic, led by two energetic managers. They asked me to introduce myself, clarified the required availability, and explained the contract type. There weren't many questions, but the atmosphere was positive and direct. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions, and I inquired about a typical day and the contract.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Sales Assistant
The interview process was pretty simple. You just submit your resume online and then they'll message you to join a team interview with other candidates. HR from different brands like Zara, Bershka, and Stradivarius were there.
- What would your friends and family describe as your best quality?
- What is your biggest achievement to date?
- In your opinion, where will you be in the next five years?
Shop Assistant
The interview was very casual, held in a personal room upstairs from the shop, which made for a calm environment. It lasted about 20 minutes, and the store employees were friendly, usually with two people interviewing. They asked a few questions about you, and previous knowledge about store activities or the Dutch language wasn't necessary, as the hiring process focused on you as a person, not on your existing knowledge. No questions were asked about the brand itself.
- Why should we hire you?
