The interview with Pull&Bear was quick and dynamic, led by two energetic managers. They asked me to introduce myself, clarified the required availability, and explained the contract type. There weren't many questions, but the atmosphere was positive and direct. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions, and I inquired about a typical day and the contract.

The interview was very casual, held in a personal room upstairs from the shop, which made for a calm environment. It lasted about 20 minutes, and the store employees were friendly, usually with two people interviewing. They asked a few questions about you, and previous knowledge about store activities or the Dutch language wasn't necessary, as the hiring process focused on you as a person, not on your existing knowledge. No questions were asked about the brand itself.
