They sent me a practical test before even looking at my portfolio. I spent hours on it, re-designing the homepage and product page, and creating a design system. Then I got a generic rejection email and no reply when I asked for feedback. It's like they don't value people's time, and it makes me think the bad reviews are true. My advice: make sure they review your portfolio before assigning tasks.
