This one takes commitment — the process is thorough and spans multiple stages. It opens with a recruiter call to set the foundation, then moves into two or three one-on-one conversations with the hiring manager and recruiting team. After that comes a technical presentation, and the final stretch is a full day of panel interviews. Demanding, but you can see why — the caliber of people involved is genuinely high. Everyone came prepared and engaged, and the AI-forward thinking of the organization was evident throughout the discussions.

The interview process was quite thorough, spanning about six to seven rounds. It started with a one-on-one video chat with the Hiring Manager. Then, there was a take-home assignment where I had to develop a complete presentation and proposal based on the provided context, with the structure and thinking being my responsibility. Following that, I had several interviews with different team members, some of which were conducted in a panel format with multiple interviewers. The team members were impressive, showing high caliber and innovative thinking. There's a strong emphasis on AI and data-driven approaches, which became evident during the discussions.

Started with a recruiter chat about salary and the job. Then, had a video call with the hiring manager. If I'd passed that, there would have been more interviews, but I didn't get past the hiring manager stage. Honestly, I think I messed up because I thought it was a more senior role and prepped for harder questions. The company seems to really be into AI, and everyone I talked to was super smart. Also, FYI, they give feedback on video calls, so booking one isn't always a good sign.
