"AI first" - Humans last. Completely "automated AI" interview process which involves an assessment and 4-6 hour case study, all without a single point of human contact. Do not waste your time. Company has no respect for candidates and runs a "interview process" which just gets them free case studies. They refuse to even take 5 minutes to talk to someone on the phone. Look elsewhere.

First, I had a recruiter screening, which was just standard questions about my background and work history. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes. We talked about my marketing experience and how I approach campaigns. The whole thing was pretty fast and they communicated well throughout.

Their interview process is very AI-driven. The first step is about a 30-minute skill and culture test with 30+ multiple-choice questions, some short answers, and a video question. You have to share your screen, webcam, and audio to ensure you aren't cheating. There were some odd logic questions that didn't seem related to the job, like asking about Elon Musk's and his daughter's ages. There were also culture questions about working overtime, implying overtime is expected. If you pass the first assessment, the next step is another AI-driven scenario test. The final step involves human contact. The overall vibe is a bit off, but if you're okay with AI vetting and strange questions, it might work.

  • Are you okay with working overtime?
